I saw prizes advertised, how do I enter?

We're giving away ADACT: XP Launch stickers seen in both New York and Australia.  All you have to do is count the number of ADACT: XP Launch stickers found on the site, and head over to http://adact.trexion.com/launch/stickers.asp to enter!  Note: Limited to Canadian and United States addresses only, while supplies last.  QUANTITIES ARE LIMITED.

I have an issue, or found a problem with the web site. How can I report it?

If you have a general comment or issue with our web site, please let us know at http://adact.trexion.com/launch/contactus.asp.  If you have a specific issue with an image on our site, click the 'Comments' link to the next of the title of the picture.  All comments are replied to within 24 hours.

Are these images, audio, and video copyrighted?

Yes.  All images, audio and video on our site cannot be legally distributed, copied, or shared.  Sites with direct links to pictures will be banned from linking our site.  Naturally, corporate logos (Windows logos, AMD logos, etc.) are property of their respective copyright holders and not property of ADACT.

Can I link to your site?

Of course!  Links to any of our .asp pages are welcome.  Direct links to pictures (.jpg) are not welcome.

Can I use another browser to view ADACT besides Microsoft Internet Explorer?

Although the ADACT: XP Launch site does inform users that non-Microsoft Internet Explorer browsers may not get the same experience as those with Internet Explorer, we still allow these users access to our site.  However, we cannot guarantee those users will not encounter problems.  If you're using a non-Internet Explorer browser, found an error and could help us correct it, please let us know.

Where is the merchandise?

In the last ADACT site, we had merchandise for sale.  Due to the lack of demand, we have decided not to offer such merchandise for ADACT: XP Launch.  If we are informed that such demand exists, we will of course review this decision.

At the moment we don't offer this type of support.  However we suggest you head over to the Windows XP Expert Zone and ask your question there!
